I can't sign in

iOSAndroidWeb

You can't log in, or you were suddenly signed out. Most sign-in trouble comes from mixing up the two PINs.

Checklist

  1. Know your two PINs. The account PIN logs into your account (resettable on the web). The app-lock PIN unlocks the app on this specific phone. They can be different — make sure you're entering the right one.
  2. Forgot your account PIN? Tap Forgot your PIN? to get a recovery email, or reset it on the web dashboard.
  3. App-lock PIN locked out? 20 wrong attempts signs you out on purpose — just sign back in with your account.
  4. "Session Expired" is usually just a blip. A brief session message is a network hiccup, not a real logout — retry. A boat at sea is never logged out on its own.
  5. No Face ID or fingerprint. Biometric unlock isn't supported — use your PIN.
  6. Signed out after switching accounts? On a shared phone, switching to a different account clears the previous account's data by design.

Note: Your account PIN can be reset from the web dashboard at any time, then used to sign in on your phone — even offline at sea.
