Face ID / fingerprint unlock
iOSAndroid
Short answer: Face ID and fingerprint unlock are not supported today. SV.GOAT uses a PIN to unlock the app.
How it works
- To lock the app on your phone, use the app-lock PIN (see "Set the app-lock PIN").
- There is no biometric option to enable — the app will always ask for your PIN, not your face or fingerprint.
Note: Choose a PIN you'll remember at sea. After 20 wrong app-lock attempts the app signs you out on this phone for safety, and you'll sign in again with your account.
