Read tank levels and set a low-tank alarm

iOSAndroid

Each tank card shows its current level as a percentage of capacity. You can set an alarm so you're warned before a tank gets too low (or, for a holding tank, too full).

Read the level

  • The card shows the fill level as a percentage. 0% is a real reading, not an error.
  • Dashes mean the tank sensor hasn't reported a value yet.
  • A greyed tank card means the app hasn't detected that tank's sensor — see "Reading a card" for what to do.

Set a low-tank alarm

  1. On the Tanks tab, tap the bell on the tank card you want to watch.
  2. Choose the comparison (for example Less than) and enter the level that should trigger the alarm.
  3. Turn the alarm on and tap Save.

You can also set a Low Level Warning (%) when you add or edit the tank in Tank Configuration.

Warning: Only the boat owner can change the boat's saved alarm thresholds. Guests can see the levels but their changes aren't kept for the boat.

Note: For how alarms actually reach you (on the boat vs. when you're away), see "Alert types and how they reach you".
