Marine Intelligence forecasts your solar production, power use, and battery charge over the coming days, and tells you the best times to run heavy loads. Marine Intelligence needs a GOAT device.
How it works
- Energy forecast. It projects solar production, consumption, and battery charge level across multiple days, using your latest weather and sensor data.
- When to run what. It recommends the best upcoming windows to run high-load gear like the watermaker or boiler.
- Water runway. It projects how long your fresh water lasts from your tank level and daily use.
- Reads it all from your boat setup. Fill in your solar wattage, battery capacity, watermaker, and daily water use in Boat Configuration for accurate results.
Note: These forecasts are deterministic — a fixed calculation from your boat's specs and sensors, not AI. The same inputs always give the same answer, and it runs on-device, even offline. (Captain Data-beard, the connector for your own Claude or ChatGPT, is the separate AI feature.)
